You must be at least 13 years old to use Verova. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using Verova, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Verova uses Clerk for authentication — you may sign in via email/password or supported OAuth providers. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Do not share your account with others. Do not create accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse the free tier.
You agree not to use Verova to:
Verova reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
You own the content you create with Verova. By using the service, you grant Verova a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content for the sole purpose of providing the service to you.
Content responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you generate using Verova. Verova-generated content is produced based on your inputs and profile. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any output before using it. Verova makes no warranty that generated content is accurate, original, plagiarism-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Academic and professional use: Submitting AI-assisted content to institutions or employers without disclosure may violate their policies. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable rules.
Free tier: Verova offers a free tier that includes 3 projects. No credit card is required.
Pro subscription: The Pro plan is currently priced at $10 USD/month (pricing may vary by region). Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor.
Refund policy: Verova operates a no-refund policy for subscription payments. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at verova.info@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings or via LemonSqueezy's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Pro access until that date.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
By you: You may delete your account at any time by emailing verova.info@gmail.com. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data within 30 days.
By Verova: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse of the platform, or for any reason with reasonable notice. In the case of termination for cause, no refunds will be issued.
Verova may discontinue the service entirely at any time. In that case, Pro subscribers will receive a prorated refund for unused time.
Verova is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI outputs will be accurate or appropriate for your intended use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Verova and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of revenue, or harm arising from AI-generated content — even if Verova has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Verova's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Verova uses third-party services including Clerk, OpenAI, Anthropic, Deepgram, LemonSqueezy, Sentry, Supabase, Vercel, and Railway. Your use of Verova means your data may be processed by these services in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies. Verova is not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.
Verova's name, branding, interface, and underlying software are owned by Verova. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Verova's name, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of Verova after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
